Companion implementation: Homelab/platform#64, tracked by platform#63.

Validation: npm run check, npm run build, and git diff --check passed. The public diff contains no credentials, private input values, or live deployment claims.

Record the platform trigger policy prepared on 2026-09-26: routine source security remains automatic, specialized component validation is manually dispatched, and operational onboarding/certificate schedules are retained. Existing release and deployment workflows remain manual. The note cites the owning private source and tracker and distinguishes prepared policy from merged/hosted acceptance. Companion implementation: Homelab/platform#64, tracked by platform#63. Validation: `npm run check`, `npm run build`, and `git diff --check` passed.
