Summary

Add an admin-facing workspace overview so admin accounts can see which users have established workspaces and how many workspaces exist.

Problem

Right now, admins do not have a clear way in the admin panel to verify workspace adoption or basic workspace ownership. I do not need admin UI access to user workspace contents. The backend already has the underlying data. The admin panel just needs a safe operational view of workspace presence and ownership.

Desired behavior

Admin users should be able to open the admin panel and see a workspace overview that includes:

  • Total number of established workspaces
  • List of users who have a workspace
  • Workspace identifier/name/slug if available
  • Workspace creation date if available
  • Last updated or last activity date if available
  • Basic status if relevant, such as active/disabled/pending

Explicit non-goals

This should not expose user workspace data/content in the admin UI.

Admins should not be able to browse a user's alert configurations, assets, secrets, integrations, layouts, canvases, or event history from this view unless a separate future issue explicitly adds that behavior.

Acceptance criteria

  • Admin-only route or admin panel section exists for workspace overview.
  • Non-admin users cannot access the workspace overview route/API.
  • View shows the total count of established workspaces.
  • View shows who owns each workspace.
  • View avoids exposing user secrets, integration config, alert data, canvas contents, asset contents, or other user workspace details.
  • Backend/API response is intentionally narrow and returns only metadata needed for the admin overview.

Notes

The intent is operational visibility, not user data inspection. This is mainly for knowing whether users have completed workspace setup and who has one.
