Delete branch "kiyi/remove-public-k8s"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Remove the 15 tracked files under k8s after their preservation in Homelab/platform#6. All configuration belongs to platform under the wiki architecture; no application or workflow definitions were found in this directory.
The README becomes a documentation landing page with wiki, repository ownership, roadmap, and preservation links. Ignore /k8s/ to prevent operational configuration from being accidentally reintroduced. Git history and the separate wiki repository are retained.
Merge prerequisite: approve and merge Homelab/platform#6 first, then remove the WIP prefix and merge this cleanup. The original WSL checkout has deliberately not been deleted while preservation awaits approval. Its five ignored bootstrap files already have verified owner-only copies outside both repositories; no credential values are included in either PR.
Validation: all 20 source files accounted for; isolated cleanup checkout has no k8s files; original WSL checkout remains clean and intact. No Kubernetes, storage, DNS, or router operations performed.
