Record the owner's 2026-09-27 acceptance of the reviewed upstream Core/init candidate vulnerability risk through 2026-10-27. Detailed component scope and evidence remain in the owning Homelab/platform PR 73; this public register records only the instance decision and public scanner support reference. Image configuration findings remain excluded. A passing recovery release and deployed upgrade are not established.

Validation

npm run check, npm run build, and git diff --check passed. The public diff contains no credentials, secret values, vulnerability inventory or private implementation link.
