The delivery record still describes the security image as unpublished and rollback as removing an optional digest. Record the published tool-security-v2026.10.13-r6990 image and the passing legacy/image startup evidence from workflows run 587, dated 2026-10-13. Document the explicit preinstalled-* entry points and corresponding rollback path from workflows PR #87, using its verified commit permalink.

Keep workflow release, application delivery/deployment acceptance, measured savings and caller adoption pending under workflows #86. Private image sources remain named without public links.

Validation: npm run check, npm run build and git diff --check passed. The native Gitleaks 8.30.1 staged hook passed, and the two-file public diff was reviewed for secret values. This updates documentation; it does not publish a workflow release or deploy an application.
