Distinguish prepared routing source from live deployment, authenticated S3, encryption, Terraform state and application migration acceptance. Preserve existing AIStor consumers and the-gitchistry bucket. Reference the private Homelab/platform#120 tracker/runbook without publishing private repository links or credentials. Routing source is in private Homelab/platform!121.

Validation: lockfile-pinned npm ci, npm run check and npm run build passed; public diff reviewed and Gitleaks pre-commit scan passed.

Record the owner-selected SeaweedFS storage transition and owner-reported TrueNAS installation as of 2026-10-13. The proposed S3/admin hostnames reuse existing UDS gateways and cert-manager certificates, with HTTPS termination at Istio and HTTP to TrueNAS. Distinguish prepared routing source from live deployment, authenticated S3, encryption, Terraform state and application migration acceptance. Preserve existing AIStor consumers and the-gitchistry bucket. Reference the private `Homelab/platform#120` tracker/runbook without publishing private repository links or credentials. The new SeaweedFS decision and storage transition section consistently distinguish the owner-reported TrueNAS install and selected tenant/admin gateway routing from unverified deployment, TLS/DNS cutover, authenticated S3, encryption/KMS recovery, Terraform backend, and per-consumer migration. Existing AIStor consumers and the-gitchistry bucket remain explicitly protected. The cited upstream licensing and SeaweedFS encryption documentation support the rationale; verify encryption and OpenBao integration against the installed free TrueNAS app before treating that migration gate as satisfied. No blocking documentation finding in this head. This is source-only approval; Documentation site and security checks are still pending and must pass independently before merge. No merge or deployment authorized.
