Record the owner’s ordered RKE2/Core/Harbor stages and distinguish Platform #130’s prepared Core/init transition from a live upgrade. The revised signed inventory needs a new bootstrap build/deploy after Platform review/merge; no further Terraform apply is needed. Runtime/bootstrap, routine identity, recovery and upgrade acceptance remain explicitly pending. No private credentials, plans, provider output or Secret contents are published.

Validation: npm run check and npm run build passed; native staged Gitleaks 8.30.1 and git diff --check passed. Documentation only; no cluster change.

Correct the installed-init record to the owner’s authenticated v0.73.0 package-list result; v0.86.0 is the Core 1.14.1 target. Reconcile four status pages with Terraform plan/apply 80/81 convergence, bootstrap 4975 stopping before deployment, and workflows v1.42.3 publication 852 / promotion 854 with passing canary 7545. Reviewed the authenticated head across all four changed Markdown files. The installed init baseline is consistently corrected to 0.73.0 while 0.86.0 remains the later Core 1.14.1 target; the record distinguishes the converged Terraform 80/81 policy change, bootstrap 4975 stopping before bundle deployment, workflow v1.42.3 publication/promotion, and Platform #130's prepared-but-unmerged profile from live cluster acceptance. The selected RKE2/Core/Harbor order and need for a new signed bootstrap release are explicit. This PR changes documentation only: no UDS deployment, admission/policy, or gateway/route ownership is changed. The referenced private-run and owner-supplied facts were not independently reverified by this documentation review. Source security and site validation are still pending at this SHA; this approval does not establish scan success or merge readiness.
