Changes

Replace the promotional homepage treatment with a dated system baseline, a plain documentation index, and a compact roadmap snapshot.
Add a public roadmap page reflecting the private board as observed on 2026-09-24: Backlog 6, Ready 4, In Progress 1, Review 2, Done 27, Blocked 0. It lists active cards without linking to private issues and distinguishes board placement from deployment evidence.
Keep links to public Documentation, workflows, and historical wiki pages; name private implementation sources without dead links. Guard against new private Forgejo links in the documentation check.
Clarify the site's release versus deployment status. Related to Documentation #2.
