Record the owner-confirmed global Kubernetes runner cutover on 2026-09-10. Standard ci/deploy pools are now the normal execution path, with four CI slots plus one deployment slot and Windows Hyper-V unchanged. Retain canary instructions explicitly as historical, record the acceptance runs and queue-token Admin Read requirement, and explain deleted-registration rollback limits.

Documentation only: no workflow, manifest, image or bundle version changes; no rebuild or deployment required. Local diff/whitespace review passed, and fetched browser-created files match the reviewed edits. Author and committer verified as kiyi kiyi@gitchegumi.com.
