Summary

  • document the storage selection matrix and explicit no-default StorageClass policy
  • define PVC, static PV, local PV, and snapshot naming conventions
  • document reclaim, retention, expansion, ownership, migration, backup, and restore responsibilities
  • add production Retain variants for the TrueNAS iSCSI and NFS StorageClasses

Validation

  • both StorageClass manifests parse as YAML
  • git diff --check passes
  • targeted secret and private-IP scan returns no matches
  • branch contains three new files, 179 additions, and no deletions

Follow-up

The first migrated application will validate these conventions end to end before issue #6 is closed.
